2% Fee Increase for Amazon UK Sellers
Amazon has announced that UK sellers will now face a charge due to the implementation of a Digital Services Tax by the UK government. The global retailer has decided to put this 2% fee rise on the sellers and it will be introduced on September 1, 2020.
Brexit Effect: Amazon UK Exits Amazon EU
Amazon announced this week that, due to the long-awaited finalisation of Brexit, the FBA operations in the UK will be separated from Europe come 1 January 2021. This means that UK sellers who had previously been making the most of European Fulfillment Network or Pan-European FBA benefits will no longer be able to do so.
